How do I request an exchange?
1) Record proof immediately
We need this for verification:
-> Clear photo of the issue
-> Photo of product + parcel together
-> Unboxing video (very important — avoids misuse)
2) Contact EXVYA Support within 48 hours
Send your proof to:

-> WhatsApp: (your number)
Format:
-> “Order ID – Issue – Photos (and video)”
3) Exchange gets approved & re-shipped
Once verified:
-> We raise a replacement with our production partner
-> A fresh piece is shipped to you at no extra cost
-> Tracking details are shared automatically
When will my exchange NOT be accepted?
We do not accept exchanges in the following cases:
❌ 1. Size change request / didn’t like the fit
Because every product is made on demand, size-based exchanges are not free.
You may place a new order for a different size.
❌ 2. Customer changed their mind
(“I don’t want it now” / “I ordered by mistake”) — not accepted.
❌ 3. No proof shared
If photos OR unboxing video is not provided, exchange cannot be processed.
❌ 4. 7 Days ke baad request bheja
We only approve issues reported within 7 Days of delivery.
❌ 5. Product used/worn/washed
We ONLY replace fresh, unworn items.
When will I receive my order?
Orders dispatch within 24–48 hours.
Delivery usually takes 3–6 days depending on your city.
You’ll get full tracking so you always know where your package is.
